Who can Publish: researchers, professors, teachers, personnel, and graduate students may publish 

their completed research (including action research) paper

Publication Fees: Papers Presented in any of our Past Conferences P4000 (USD70) 

  Papers Not-Presented in our Conference – P5000 (USD90)

Fees may be settled through any of the following methods:

Gcash; Paymaya; Paypal; Palawan Express

Publication Steps:

a.  Fill out this publication application slip;

b. settle publication fee;

c. Email to and GRACEInc55@gmail.com and cc to secretariat@globalresearchersinc.com the 

following, on or before October 30, 2025:

4.1 filled out publication application slip;

4.2 proof of publication fee; 

4.3 formatted full paper; and,

4.4 accomplished ‘Authority to Publish’.

Important Dates:

October 30, 2025 – deadline of submission of requirements

October 30 – November 15, 2025 - Evaluation of Paper

November 30 – Deadline of Submission of Revised Papers 

December  31, 2025 – Publication of Journal to the website

January 15, 2026 - Shipping of Printed Copies
